C Sharp Software Engineer

InfoMC is looking to add an experienced Software Engineer that shares responsibility for designing, developing, updating and maintaining computer applications within the company.  The Software Engineer will also build new product using existing frameworks. Our integrated technology platform connects Payers, Providers, and Consumers.  Our software automates processes to streamline operations, expedite results, and provide opportunities for better care.  At InfoMC, our solutions are designed to enable our customers to be leaders in the delivery of quality services in the healthcare industry and our technology embraces leading design philosophies and innovation.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop and maintain InfoMC software applications and product sub-systems based upon technical specifications and direction from supervisor.

·         Research, troubleshoot, debug and support InfoMC applications.

·         Devise and create unit test data and unit test plans for InfoMC applications.

·         Prepare and deliver periodic and ad-hoc oral and written status and time allocation reports for management or team-leader.

·         Maintain accurate documentation with regards to work performed, issues or problems defined and meetings attended.

·         Document software changes and uphold company development standards.

·         Perform peer reviews of software enhancements to ensure accuracy and maintainability of developed code.

·         Assist QA group in preparing testing procedures.

·         Provide technical assistance to department personnel on system.

·         Assist management to estimate, schedule and control application system.

·         Perform other duties as determined based on business needs.

Experience:

·         2+ years of C# programming experience with ADO.NET and WCF

·         T-SQL coding experience

·         Healthcare experience desired (payer side)

·         VFP familiarity desired

·         SOA / MOM experience desired

·         Silverlight / XAML / WPF experience desired

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related experience.

Must be authorized to work in the US.  No relocation offered.
