InfoMC is looking to add an experienced Consultant to build and sustain our Consulting Practice. This individual will design and build consulting offerings and practices for health plans, payers, third party administrators and other benefit management companies.  This position reports to Client Services and can be based anywhere in the country.  InfoMC provides enterprise software solutions to the healthcare industry.  Our integrated technology platform connects Payers, Providers, and Consumers.  Our software automates processes to streamline operations, expedite results, and provide opportunities for better care.  At InfoMC, our solutions are designed to enable our customers to be leaders in the delivery of quality services in the healthcare industry and our technology embraces leading design philosophies and innovation.

This position is responsible for:

·         Monitoring and understanding industry developments to identify market opportunities for existing and new consulting services

·         Defining, building and rolling out consulting offerings, tools and practices

·         Utilizing understanding of InfoMC’s products to provide practical and effective solutions for our clients

·         Defining and implementing process and technology solutions that produce measurable improvement in client operational and financial results

·         Defining and driving change programs to apply operational best practices in our clients' organizations

The consulting candidate must have:

·         5-7 yrs providing consulting services to payers that optimize operations through the use of technology OR

·         7-10 years of operational roles in health payers (behavioral health is a plus) and 5-7 years delivering consulting/consultative services (can be as an “internal” consultant)

·         Exceptional presentation and written skills

·         Strong analytic skills and the ability to synthesize data

·         Knowledge of health care payer operations, processes and financials and key metrics, as well as the "best practices" in these areas

·         Behavioral Health experience is a plus.
