Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for our Product Management Team. The Quality Assurance Analyst will define and develop test plans and scripts, and conduct enterprise software testing relating to the quality of all InfoMC software products and services, as well as integrate individual testing and Quality Assurance experience into the application software testing process.  The Quality Assurance Analyst will maintain a base-level interface with the InfoMC Product Manager and Client Services personnel during the design phase before coding and the testing phase afterwards for all InfoMC software products and services to ensure quality assurance standards are met.   In addition, the Quality Assurance Analyst  will actively contribute to the definition and development of new Quality Assurance processes to keep the organization current.

Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate in all steps of the InfoMC Software Development Life Cycle, specifically in the design before coding and the testing process afterwards.
  • Define and develop test plans and scenarios.
  • Execute test plans.
  • Conduct enterprise software testing using test plans and scripts for all InfoMC software products and services.
  • Executes Factory Acceptance Testing methodologies used by software testers for the integration and regression testing of all InfoMC software products and services.
  • Assures that InfoMC software products and services are delivered with the highest level of quality.
  • Creates and maintains all Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
  • Monitors, refines and maintains Quality Assurance tools for all testing activities.
  • Train internal InfoMC employees on new functionality.
  • Perform other work related duties as assigned.

Key Internal and External Relationships

  • Provides status of projects to management.
  • Works closely with Product Development and Product Management teams.
  • Works closely with other Client Services Team members.
  • Provide on-going technical feedback to clients.
  • Interfaces with other InfoMC personnel to ensure their familiarity with the latest Quality Assurance procedures and policies.

Experience/Skills:


  • Minimum 2 years experience in enterprise software testing and establishing quality assurance procedures.
  • Experience in client relations and improvement in control procedures for the testing, maintenance and documentation of enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office software suite and other related business software packages.
  • Excellent written and oral expression skills.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to interact with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage cross-departmental and customer relationships. SQL knowledge would be a plus.
  • Automated testing tool knowledge a plus.
  • Knowledge of InfoMC products and services would be a plus.
