HelpDesk Expert is a web-based customer service and technical support system that allows eCura Contacts or Administrators to submit requests directly to InfoMC's Support Staff. It’s easy to use and available online, all day, all night, everyday. By using this service, InfoMC's Support Staff can address your technical inquiries in a timelier fashion.

Who benefits from using the HelpDesk Expert?

Anyone who needs problem resolution, information, instruction, or support. If eCura Contacts or Administrators would like to:

  • Resolve needs quickly and efficiently
  • Submit requests for assistance
  • Track the status of requests
  • Keep requests open until resolved and satisfied

... then HelpDesk Expert is the resource for you.

The following functions are available through HelpDesk Expert today:

  • Submit requests for resolution of a problem whenever it is encountered in the application.
  • Search the database to review the status of previously submitted assistance requests.
  • Access any ticket to make changes, add information, or escalate a resolution, regardless of whether the ticket is open, pending or closed.
  • Review or print any or all of your open and pending cases.
  • Openly search the HelpDesk database for your previously entered tickets to find similar problems and their resolutions.
  • Update account information, including name, phone number, e-mail address, and department, giving InfoMC's Support Staff a place to respond to cases with assistance.

HelpDesk Expert is a straightforward application that offers customer support through the web. It enables InfoMC to deliver a professional, systematic approach to problem resolution, while offering eCura Contacts or Administrators the flexibility needed to communicate with us. System Contacts or Administrators can access HelpDesk Expert through the Online Customer Support Center today.
