Clinical Product Specialist

The perfect candidate for this position will be someone who has worked as a Clinical Social Worker, Registered Nurse, or related field.  This individual is also someone who can maintain current Healthcare Information Technology concepts, clinical trends and industry changes; particularly those related to Behavioral Health, Care Coordination and Integrated Care domains.  This candidate should also possess a solid understanding of clinical practices, and federal and state healthcare regulations.

Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, the Clinical Product Specialist is responsible for becoming the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of InfoMC applications, and a trusted advisor to our clients, by directing them on how our products can best be used in meeting clients’ clinical requirements (and exceeding client expectations). Along with superior clinical knowledge and care management experience in Payer/Provider organizations, this individual will have hands-on experience with multiple technology products and solutions; including InfoMC’s products and services. The Clinical Product Specialist will work with new users during the process of configuring, training and providing user support of InfoMC’s healthcare management solutions. This individual will also assist clients in integrating their clinical business practices into InfoMC’s applications to maximize their utility and benefits to the client and its stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Software Sales Executive to assist in advancing the growth of our business.  The perfect candidate for this position will be someone who will concentrate on New Business Sales for healthcare payors, such as Health Plans, MCO’s, Health Systems, ACO’s, state and county governments, Community Health Centers, Third Party Administrators, and other benefit management companies.  

This individual will need to be an experienced Sales Executive who has worked in Healthcare Management Technology and platforms, and who can identify business needs and industry trends ahead of the curve; someone who can drive revenue growth, can stay organized, and work hard to achieve success and close deals. This position reports to the CEO and can be based anywhere in the country.

The Sales Executive (SE) must have demonstrated experience in the healthcare marketplace and understand the complexities of selling enterprise solutions in a sector that is rapidly changing for our clients and prospective clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of generating demand, closing sales and building lasting relationships with C-level executives.

Duties and Responsibilities

IT Network Operations Manager

The perfect candidate for this position will be someone who has worked in Software Development, Application Support, SaaS, or Healthcare Management Technology and platforms; and can manage/maintain infrastructure and environments for both client and internal networks.  This individual is someone who can articulate and document requirements and processes, can stay organized, and work hard to achieve successful deployment in a timely manner. 

The role of the IT Network Operations Manager is to plan, direct, and coordinate the design, installation, and connectivity of computer systems, network infrastructure, and cloud based services to ensure operational stability of the Company’s IT Systems. This includes developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing network hardware, software, cloud services and communication links. This role is also responsible for maintenance/management of the Company’s data center, disaster recovery or offsite facilities, telephony and security systems, and other electronic infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement short and long-term strategic plans to make certain network capacity meets existing and future requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network resource administration and appropriate use.

Director of Product Architecture and Development

The Director of Product Architecture and Development position is entrusted with envisioning a solution that bridges technology and balances the companys strategic vision with the market problem.  The position offers the opportunity to take a strategic leadership role and help shape the future of Behavioral Health and Coordinated Care systems.  We are looking for a talented and highly motivated leader with a passion to develop product architecture principles and broad architecture descriptions and details. The Director of Product Architecture and Development combines technical expertise and Healthcare industry knowledge with the analysis of business priorities, needs and requirements to create high-level system solutions that will be applied to multiple product families.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing high performing products, very strong technical skills, as well as great communication skills and the ability to lead unique and talented product development teams.


  • Own and drive architecture, system strategy and innovation by exploring, investigating, recommending, and benchmarking architecture principles and technologies for both on premise and cloud solutions.
  • Defines software architectures, designs and patterns to be used for multiple product lines.
  • Investigates future technologies and making them part of system architecture for the 3-5 year road map of our solutions.

Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager (IM) is responsible for leading the Implementation team; and for all aspects of the implementation process: from supervision, to evaluation and reporting on all assigned projects; and will require the Employee to have expert knowledge of the Company’s product suite, while remaining up-to-date as the products evolve.

The Implementation Manager will be the point person to manage the client relationship during implementation, and managing multiple initiatives in a matrix project environment.  This individual will also be expected to actively work within the software application, alongside other client delivery team members when necessary; managing and monitoring progress of internal and external resources (on a supervisory basis), coordination of project activity; completion of all implementation related tasks; resolution of issues; setting appropriate client expectations during and after the implementation, and ensuring expectations are satisfied.

The IM will be comfortable working on the front line with other team members as well as conducting Executive Level Project Sponsorship meetings, provision of feedback and status updates; conducting presentations for clients with respect to solutions, project proposals of designs and/or modifications requiring approval. 

Duties and Functions

  • Creating, implementing and maintaining a project plan; managing the project according to the plan; coordinating and managing the work relationship with the client’s project team; building and motivating an effective implementation team; mentoring other Client Services resources; and assigning priorities for team members.
  • Creates, oversees and manages the successful completion of multiple, complex project work plans, relative to InfoMC services and solutions, as measured by budget, timeliness, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provides regularly scheduled project level detailed reporting on progress against project tasks and milestones, as well as executive scorecard level reporting.
