Technical Development Generalist, Client Services

As a Development Generalist, in the Client Services Department, you will leverage your technological abilities, along with your drive to understand the business, to create wins for both our clients and internal teams. Your passion as an IT generalist will drive success as you solve challenges resulting in increased client satisfaction and more optimized solutions for our clients.

While gaining competence with InfoMC’s products, the Development Generalist will tackle challenges having to do with data, process, configuration, and business understanding. Challenges may begin with gaining more clarity around the business process and result in a technical implementation using MS SQL Server or another Microsoft tool.

Duties and Responsibilities

Clinical Product Specialist

The perfect candidate for this position will be someone who has worked as a Clinical Social Worker, Registered Nurse, or related field.  This individual is also someone who can maintain current Healthcare Information Technology concepts, clinical trends and industry changes; particularly those related to Behavioral Health, Care Coordination and Integrated Care domains.  This candidate should also possess a solid understanding of clinical practices, and federal and state healthcare regulations.

Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, the Clinical Product Specialist is responsible for becoming the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of InfoMC applications, and a trusted advisor to our clients, by directing them on how our products can best be used in meeting clients’ clinical requirements (and exceeding client expectations). Along with superior clinical knowledge and care management experience in Payer/Provider organizations, this individual will have hands-on experience with multiple technology products and solutions; including InfoMC’s products and services. The Clinical Product Specialist will work with new users during the process of configuring, training and providing user support of InfoMC’s healthcare management solutions. This individual will also assist clients in integrating their clinical business practices into InfoMC’s applications to maximize their utility and benefits to the client and its stakeholders.

  • Degree in Nursing, Clinical Social Work, or related field;
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the healthcare industry or within a software company providing solutions to healthcare clients

Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Software Sales Executive to assist in advancing the growth of our business. The perfect candidate for this position will be someone who will concentrate on New Business Sales for healthcare payors, such as Health Plans, MCO’s, Health Systems, ACO’s, state and county governments, Community Health Centers, Third Party Administrators, and other benefit management companies.  

This individual will need to be an experienced Sales Executive who has worked in Healthcare Management Technology and platforms, and who can identify business needs and industry trends ahead of the curve; someone who can drive revenue growth, can stay organized, and work hard to achieve success and close deals. This position reports to the CEO and can be based anywhere in the country.

The Sales Executive (SE) must have demonstrated experience in the healthcare marketplace and understand the complexities of selling enterprise solutions in a sector that is rapidly changing for our clients and prospective clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of generating demand, closing sales and building lasting relationships with C-level executives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be empowered to sell business applications solutions and related services to healthcare payors, Health Plans, MCO’s, Health Systems, ACO’s, State and County governments, Community Health Centers, Third Party Administrators and other benefit management companies.
  • Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy and planning
  • Identify and build customer relationships

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
  • Must have successfully sold enterprise software applications and solutions to healthcare payors.
  • Strong knowledge of Managed Care Insurer Market Industry with emphasis on Public Sector populations such as Medicaid, Medicare, Dual and SNP.
  • Prior experience in enterprise business application sales, preferably in ERP, core system, or SaaS applications.
  • Must be proficient at both informal and formal presentations. Able to communicate effectively, both written and oral.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in consultative sales, working with large, national clients.

Director of Strategic Product Marketing and Business Development

The Director of Strategic Marketing will be a key member of the leadership team responsible for creating and executing consistent messaging, content, and marketing programs promoting our solutions and service offerings.  Working closely with Sales, Client Services, Product Management, and executive leadership, our ideal candidate will produce effective market strategies that raise brand awareness, develop market value and drive business development and client revenue.  This person will become an evangelist for our products, branding, and price positioning; as well as possess proficiency of our target audience and their buying behavior.  The Director will also be responsible to increase market share through business development strategies designed to identify and secure new customers.

QA Manager, Software Technology

Using InfoMC’s QA testing tools and library of scripts, the QA Manager will work actively to design and develop test plans to that include functional, integration, regression and automated testing across our software applications.  The candidate will be responsible for establishing, implementing, automating and managing a wide range of quality tests and analytics tools to confirm functionality and performance of our software applications.  The candidate will take pride in achieving successful results in a timely manner to meet the needs of software release schedules and client commitments.  This is a hands-on, technical QA leadership role with coordination and team-management responsibilities.

  • Expert knowledge of integrating testing frameworks and tools, test case development and management, test results reporting, and release management processes.
  • Expert knowledge of release management processes such as code merging and branching, creating builds, and certifying a release.  Source code management tools (i.e., TFS, GIT, bitbucket etc.).
