We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our implementation and support teams. As our Director of Client Success, you will coach & lead a high performing team who are responsible for driving post sales engagement, renewals and upsells, facilitating client references and case studies, and delivering exceptional implementation and support services that ensure high client satisfaction and low churn.
This role reports to the SVP of Client Success and is directly responsible for overseeing the strategic growth of our success team and the happiness of our customers. The ideal candidate is someone who is not above diving into the weeds with clients alongside your team, although you’ll spend most of your time providing leadership, advice, and strategic direction to our Engagement Managers and Support Manager to ensure we’re constantly improving and raising the bar of performance and success. You’ll partner closely with SVP of Sales and Marketing Manager, CEO, and other leaders to execute growth, retention, and expansion strategies to drive the success of InfoMC by creating long term value for our clients.
