JJ Farook Chairman and CEO

Mr. Farook has been providing business strategy, information systems insight and proven technology applications to Managed Behavioral Health Organizations (MBHO) and Employee Assistance and Work-Life Programs (EAP/Work-Life) for almost two decades. 

In his role as Chairman and CEO of InfoMC, Mr. Farook has supported and expanded company’s vision by engaging hundreds of MBHO and EAP/Work-Life organizations in establishing strategic business and technology direction, conducting information system evaluations, and selecting and implementing InfoMC’s proven solutions. 

Mr. Farook has supported integration of business processes and technology for traditional MBHO and EAP organizations, while guiding both commercial and public sector provider-based organizations in evaluation through execution of the transition from service providers to the dual role of provider and administrative care manager. 

Prior to founding InfoMC, Mr. Farook worked for Raytheon Engineers & Constructors, a division of Raytheon Corporation, a Fortune 500 company focused on defense, government and commercial technologies, and business aviation and special mission aircraft, as a Management Consultant for their Field Information Systems Division. 

Donald Gravlin Senior Vice President of Product Strategy

Mr. Gravlin is the Senior Vice President of Product Strategy at InfoMC, where he is responsible for day-to-day operations, developing executive relationships, and providing strategy and leadership in Care Coordination.

Mr. Gravlin most recently was a Principal in the EY Healthcare Consulting practice, where he served as the Chief Technology Officer of EY’s Health Practice and the Care Management & Informatics Practice Lead.  Mr. Gravlin’s practice responsibility included recruiting, management of 170 consultants, and implementing care management, and analytical solutions for key clients.

Mr. Gravlin created a $200M+ revenue practice at EY over 3 years while attaining over 40 percent profitability, recruiting over 170 health consultants to EY’s Healthcare Advisory.  Mr. Gravlin’s vision of Managing Care with Analytics teams, a blueprint for improving healthcare by automating care coordination, delivered improved patient outcomes, highlighted by the EY-Highmark BCBS client project that recently won a Smithsonian consulting innovation award.

Dr. Susan Norris Senior Vice President of Clinical Solutions

Dr. Norris’ professional experience includes more than 20 years in behavioral healthcare and executive-level management in managed healthcare organizations. In her current role as Senior Vice President of Clinical Solutions at InfoMC, Dr.Norris leads the development of clinical content and functionality of InfoMC’s operational solutions. She uses her exceptional understanding of managed care and the dynamics of integrated care in the healthcare market to guide InfoMC in producing innovative and integrated behavioral and medical care coordination and case management system solutions.  

Prior to joining InfoMC in 2012, Dr. Norris held positions of Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Clinical Officer with Comprehensive Care Corporation, a specialty healthcare company focused on the integration of behavioral, pharmacy and medical care. Prior to Comprehensive Care Corporation, Dr. Norris was President of MHNet Behavioral Health, a subsidiary of Coventry Health Care, where she provided executive leadership for a national managed behavioral healthcare organization. During her tenure with MHNet Behavioral Health and Comprehensive Care Corporation, Dr. Norris was responsible for developing integrated behavioral and medical care coordination models with over 75 Health Plans nationwide.  Dr. Norris possesses Master of Science degrees in Counseling and Human development and a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with specialization in Health Services.

David Whitwell Acting Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Whitwell is an operationally focused financial executive with twenty five years of broad financial, accounting and management experience helping companies grow, improve profitability and increase cash flow as a partner with B2BCFO. Prior to joining InfoMC in 2014, Mr. Whitwell has been the acting CFO for small entrepreneurial companies while a partner with B2BCFO (Locus Pharmaceutical, DynaTech, Circa Heathcare and Onpath Technologies), small public companies (Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc.) as well as Divisional CFO for large multi-billion entity (Primedia in NYC).  He was Manager of Finance with Schering-Plough, and he started his career in the “Big Eight” with Ernst & Young in public accounting.

Mr. Whitwell has a diversified range of industry experience including biotech/pharmaceutical, alternative energy, technology, media/publishing, consumer products, distribution and manufacturing. Some areas of expertise include budgeting and planning, strategic business, fund raising, cost reduction & restructuring, operational & financial.

Mr. Whitwell has a B.S. in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Lehigh University. He is a CPA and also was a certified management accountant.

Allen S. Daniels, Ed.D Clinical Director

Dr. Daniels has comprehensive experience in behavioral healthcare leading both public and private clinical practices, managed behavioral healthcare programs, and as an active advocate for person-centered care. He has extensively published in the area of behavioral health policy including: managed care and group practice operations, quality improvement and clinical outcomes, behavioral healthcare workforce development, behavioral health and primary care integration, and peer support and person-centered care. Dr. Daniels has been Professor of Clinical Psychiatry and Public Health Sciences at the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine.  He has been the Executive Vice President and Director of Scientific Affairs for the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA), and is an independent behavioral healthcare consultant. He is a graduate of The University of Chicago School of Social Services Administration, and The University of Cincinnati College of Education.
