Mr. Farook has been providing business strategy, information systems insight and proven technology applications to Managed Behavioral Health Organizations (MBHO) and Employee Assistance and Work-Life Programs (EAP/Work-Life) for almost two decades. In his role as Chairman and CEO of InfoMC, Mr. Farook has supported and expanded company’s vision by engaging hundreds of MBHO and EAP/Work-Life organizations in establishing strategic business and technology direction, conducting information system evaluations, and selecting and implementing InfoMC’s proven solutions.
Mr. Farook has supported the integration of business processes and technology for traditional MBHO and EAP organization, while guiding both commercial and public sector provider-based organizations in evaluation through execution of the transition from service providers to the dual role of provider and administrative care manager. Prior to founding InfoMC, Mr. Farook worked for Raytheon Engineers & Constructors, a division of Raytheon Corporation, a Fortune 500 company focused on defense, government and commercial technologies, and business aviation and special mission aircraft, as a Management Consultant for their Field Information Systems Division.
John Martinson founded Edison in 1986 and is General Partner for Edison I-VII. Mr. Martinson’s professional experience includes 37 years as a venture capitalist, participating in more than 150 equity financings and serving as a director of 55 companies, including his current role as director of four Edison portfolio companies. Mr. Martinson has served as Chairman of the National Venture Capital Association, the New Jersey Technology Council, and PACT, resulting in him being well known in the Mid-Atlantic region business community and nationally in the private equity industry.
LeRoy Jones is an entrepreneur and strategic business advisor driving innovation in the healthcare industry. As founder and CEO of GSI Health, Mr. Jones pioneered effective collaboration models in community-based care delivery and steered the company to industry leadership in population health solutions before it was acquired. He is currently founder and CEO of EREflow, a strategic consulting business that helps companies of all sizes and industries to be their best selves, and Chief Technology Officer of Diligent Pharma. Mr. Jones has helped several states develop architectures and operational models for healthcare information exchange, and has contributed to a number of federal programs and industry initiatives that establish standards and shape the future of healthcare IT. He has also served as senior advisor to the president-appointed National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, responsible for managing the strategic technical directions for the national healthcare agenda.
Dr. David B. Nash holds a 25-year tenure on the faculty of Thomas Jefferson University, where he is the Dr. Raymond C. and Doris N. Grandon Professor of Health Policy, and was named the Founding Dean of the Jefferson School of Population Health in 2008. Dr. Nash is a board certified internist who has been the recipient of numerous awards and is internationally recognized for his work in public accountability for outcomes, physician leadership development, and quality-of-care improvement. Dr. Nash has governance responsibilities in both the not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare sector, currently serving on the Board of Directors for multiple healthcare organizations such as Main Line Health, a four-hospital system in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Humana, Inc., one of the nation’s largest publically traded healthcare companies. Dr. Nash is Editor-in-Chief of four major national journals, has authored over 100 articles, and edited over 20 books. He also serves on multiple committees, task force, and advisory groups, and has been repeatedly named to Modern Healthcare’s list of Most Powerful Persons in Healthcare.
