Mr. Farook has been providing business strategy, information systems insight and proven technology applications to Managed Behavioral Health Organizations (MBHO) and Employee Assistance and Work-Life Programs (EAP/Work-Life) for almost two decades. In his role as Chairman and CEO of InfoMC, Mr. Farook has supported and expanded company’s vision by engaging hundreds of MBHO and EAP/Work-Life organizations in establishing strategic business and technology direction, conducting information system evaluations, and selecting and implementing InfoMC’s proven solutions.
Mr. Farook has supported the integration of business processes and technology for traditional MBHO and EAP organization, while guiding both commercial and public sector provider-based organizations in evaluation through execution of the transition from service providers to the dual role of provider and administrative care manager. Prior to founding InfoMC, Mr. Farook worked for Raytheon Engineers & Constructors, a division of Raytheon Corporation, a Fortune 500 company focused on defense, government and commercial technologies, and business aviation and special mission aircraft, as a Management Consultant for their Field Information Systems Division.
Steven Vertrees is a healthcare technology veteran with 20+ years of experience leading product companies in the health and human services industries. Prior to serving as Chief Product & Technology Officer at InfoMC, Steven was the Chief Architect at Iodine Software, Inc., an AI powered suite of solutions that uses machine learning to improve patient documentation based on clinical evidence.
Prior to Iodine, he was the Chief Technology Officer at ChartWise, a computer-assisted clinical documentation system company that automated and improved the completeness and accuracy of physician documentation for faster and more optimal reimbursement of services provided. Iodine acquired ChartWise in 2021.
He has led several successful start-up ventures including OnFocus Healthcare, a leading provider of web-based enterprise performance management software solutions for healthcare providers and payers where he served as the Chief Information Officer. The company was acquired by MedeAnalytics , where he was the Vice-President of Software Development.
Additionally, he was one of the first employees at Qualifacts Systems, a SaaS based electronic medical records software provider where he oversaw product management and development.
Matt Valley is a results-driven healthcare tech and fintech SaaS professional with experience in leadership roles in digital health operations. Prior to joining InfoMC, Matt served as the Senior Director of Client Success at Base10 Genetics of Chicago. Throughout his career, Matt has served in various management and leadership roles in account management and client success.
Jason is an experienced technology leader with 25 years in software development, software architecture, and IT, and 16 years in management and executive roles in companies developing software for the healthcare industry. He has a strong background in EMR/EHR technologies, having developed 2 EHR for behavioral health, and two EHR for primary care, as well as two patient portal systems. Jason also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions as both buyer and seller.
In his last role prior to joining InfoMC, Jason served as Chief Information Officer of MindCare Solutions. Jason has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Austin Peay State University in Tennesee.
Tom Cobb is a seasoned accounting and finance executive with more than 20 years’ experience in accounting and finance with companies of all sizes within the SaaS and technology spaces. Tom has significant experience with high growth organizations from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Before the role of Vice President of Finance at InfoMC, Tom was the Director of Finance and Accounting at Y-Prime, LLC.
Tom holds a BS degree in Accounting from Villanova University.
