Chairman and CEO
Mr. Farook has been providing business strategy, information systems insight and proven technology applications to Managed Behavioral Health Organizations (MBHO) and Employee Assistance and Work-Life Programs (EAP/Work-Life) for almost two decades.
In his role as Chairman and CEO of InfoMC, Mr. Farook has supported and expanded company’s vision by engaging hundreds of MBHO and EAP/Work-Life organizations in establishing strategic business and technology direction, conducting information system evaluations, and selecting and implementing InfoMC’s proven solutions.
Mr. Farook has supported integration of business processes and technology for traditional MBHO and EAP organizations, while guiding both commercial and public sector provider-based organizations in evaluation through execution of the transition from service providers to the dual role of provider and administrative care manager.
Prior to founding InfoMC, Mr. Farook worked for Raytheon Engineers & Constructors, a division of Raytheon Corporation, a Fortune 500 company focused on defense, government and commercial technologies, and business aviation and special mission aircraft, as a Management Consultant for their Field Information Systems Division.
Dr. Susan Norris
Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Norris’ professional experience includes more than 20 years in behavioral healthcare and executive-level positions in healthcare organizations. In her current role as Chief Clinical Officer at InfoMC, Dr. Norris leads the development of clinical content and functionality of InfoMC’s Healthcare Management solutions. She uses her exceptional knowledge of behavioral health care, managed care, and the dynamics of medical and behavioral integrated care in the healthcare market to guide InfoMC in producing innovative and integrated behavioral and medical care coordination and clinical system solutions.
Prior to joining InfoMC in 2012, Dr. Norris held positions of Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Clinical Officer with Comprehensive Care Corporation, a specialty healthcare company focused on the integration of behavioral, pharmacy and medical care for public sector populations. Prior to Comprehensive Care Corporation, Dr. Norris was President and CEO of MHNet Behavioral Health, a subsidiary of Coventry Health Care, where she provided executive leadership for a national managed behavioral healthcare organization. During her tenure with MHNet Behavioral Health and Comprehensive Care Corporation, Dr. Norris was responsible for developing integrated behavioral and medical care coordination models with over 75 Health Plans nationwide. Dr. Norris possesses Master of Science degrees in Counseling and Human development and a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with specialization in Health Services.
Senior Vice President of Operations
Mr. Branagh is a technology product executive with over 25 years of experience building and delivering product solutions in the Healthcare industry. In his role as Senior Vice President of Operations, Mr. Branagh leads the design and implementation of business strategies and processes across Technology, Product Development, Quality Assurance and Client Services areas. He will oversee daily operations, establish comprehensive goals for performance and growth, and develop policies that promote company culture and vision. Mr. Branagh will join the Executive Leadership Team assisting with expansion activities through investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, and partnerships.
Prior to joining InfoMC, Mr. Branagh spent the last 2.5 years as a Managing Director with LiquidHub’s Strategy and Innovation studio where he helped expand product management best practices through digital customer engagement. Previously, he was with McKesson Health Solutions for 11 years focused on product management and technology delivery holding various positions in Product Management, Sales and Client Delivery. He has vast experience in healthcare, strategy, and product development and has spent a majority of his professional career working with large payer organizations across the country. Jeff has been a speaker at America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) and Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI).
Vice President, Human Resources
Ms. OHara is a Human Resources and Operations Executive with broad experience in Strategic Leadership of growth trending companies; and a unique specialization in scaling startup companies in Technology and Life Sciences Industries, whose strategies are growth and M&A.
In her current role as Vice President, Human Resources, Ms. OHara has been concentrating on strategically developing the corporate culture of InfoMC. Her experience in developing talent through change management, succession planning, training and development, and recruitment will help to enable InfoMC become better innovators and thought leaders in cloud-based care-coordination products and services.
Prior to re-joining InfoMC, Ms. OHara has held positions as Chief Administration Officer, Senior Vice President of Organizational Development, Business Partner and Director of HR & Administration for multiple companies within technology and life sciences (IMS Health, Aileron Solutions, Health Market Science, SAP America and eLocal USA).
Ms. OHara holds a BA in Organizational Management from Eastern University and a PHR certification for Professionals in Human Resources and Strategic HR Management.
Allen S. Daniels, Ed.D
Dr. Daniels has comprehensive experience in behavioral healthcare leading both public and private clinical practices, managed behavioral healthcare programs, and as an active advocate for person-centered care. He has extensively published in the area of behavioral health policy including: managed care and group practice operations, quality improvement and clinical outcomes, behavioral healthcare workforce development, behavioral health and primary care integration, and peer support and person-centered care. Dr. Daniels has been Professor of Clinical Psychiatry and Public Health Sciences at the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine. He has been the Executive Vice President and Director of Scientific Affairs for the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA), and is an independent behavioral healthcare consultant. He is a graduate of The University of Chicago School of Social Services Administration, and The University of Cincinnati College of Education.

Acting Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Whitwell is an operationally focused financial executive with twenty five years of broad financial, accounting and management experience helping companies grow, improve profitability and increase cash flow as a partner with B2BCFO. Prior to joining InfoMC in 2014, Mr. Whitwell has been the acting CFO for small entrepreneurial companies while a partner with B2BCFO (Locus Pharmaceutical, DynaTech, Circa Heathcare and Onpath Technologies), small public companies (Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc.) as well as Divisional CFO for large multi-billion entity (Primedia in NYC). He was Manager of Finance with Schering-Plough, and he started his career in the “Big Eight” with Ernst & Young in public accounting.
Mr. Whitwell has a diversified range of industry experience including biotech/pharmaceutical, alternative energy, technology, media/publishing, consumer products, distribution and manufacturing. Some areas of expertise include budgeting and planning, strategic business, fund raising, cost reduction & restructuring, operational & financial.
Mr. Whitwell has a B.S. in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Lehigh University. He is a CPA and also was a certified management accountant.
Director of Product Management
Ms. Hawkins’ professional experience includes over 15 years of Healthcare and Information Technology (IT) experience. In her current role as Director of Product Management, Ms. Hawkins leverages her industry and IT experience to define and design the overall product features and life cycle of InfoMC’s solutions.
Prior to joining InfoMC in 2014, Ms. Hawkins served as Chief Compliance Officer at Global Pharmaceutical Solutions, overseeing and managing all regulatory compliance issues within the organization. Preceding her work at Global Pharmaceutical Solutions, Ms. Hawkins held the role of Process Engineer Senior Advisor at WellPoint with primary responsibilities including audit and compliance oversight, metrics reporting, and process improvement. Prior to WellPoint, Ms. Hawkins provided implementation, project management, and consulting services for Ernst & Young LLP, BlueCross BlueShield of Missouri and BlueCross BlueShield of Kansas City.
Director of Client Services
Mr. Tumolo joined the InfoMC team in February 2015. Mr. Tumolo’s professional experience includes 20 years of leadership roles in Healthcare and Software organizations. In his current role as Director of Client Services at InfoMC, he is directly responsible for Client management; the strategic direction, coordination and supervision of solution delivery and support operations.
