In her new role, Dr. Norris will help shape the content and functionality of InfoMC’s clinical and operational solutions in traditional and emerging healthcare markets. As a healthcare strategist, Dr. Norris brings a unique understanding of market needs and how technology is addressing those needs across disciplines and throughout the care process. Additionally, she brings further insight into the role and importance of utilization management/review and quality assurance/management and how to incorporate those elements into technology solutions.

Dr. Norris has an extensive background in healthcare management and operations and has worked with several large national healthcare organizations. Most recently she served as Chief Clinical Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations for Comprehensive Care Corporation. During her tenure with MHNet, a subsidiary of Coventry Health Care, she moved quickly through the ranks as Clinical Director, Vice President of Operations, and ultimately President. Dr. Norris is a highly-trained clinician and experienced mental health counselor. She possesses Bachelor of Arts, Master of Science, and Doctoral degrees in psychology, health services, and human development. She is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
