Susan Norris, Ph.D., is now Chief Clinical Officer. Joining the company in 2012 as Senior Vice President, Clinical Solutions, Dr. Norris has an extensive background in healthcare management and operations and has worked with several large national healthcare organizations including Comprehensive Care Corporation, MHNet, and Coventry Health Care. In her new role, Dr. Norris will guide the development of content and functionality for InfoMCs clinical and operational solutions in traditional and emerging healthcare markets.
Dorothy OHara has been named Vice President, Human Resources. Ms. OHara is responsible for all employee matters including assisting leadership to define corporate culture, benefits administration, employee career development and retention, and recruitment and orientation of new employees. Ms. OHara was previously employed by InfoMC in 2009 and is a familiar and welcome face in the HR department.
